How it works

You set things up once. Then your link does the rounds and billing, access and payouts run behind it, on their own.

You set up your page and your prices

Your name, your subscription offers — price and billing period — and the Telegram channel they open. It is the page you share with your community; no website of your own and no gateway of your own.

Your members pay KodiakBase

Whoever wants in pays on your sales page. We handle the billing and the renewals: you chase no receipts and keep no ledger of who has paid.

Access to your channel runs on its own

Whoever pays receives their channel invitation on the spot. When a subscription lapses or a charge fails, access is withdrawn on its own — no hand-kept lists.

We pay out your sales

To your bank account, with the fee deducted, after the 7-day protection period. Every sale is broken down in your dashboard, line by line.

Your Telegram channel, with the door looked after

Charging for a channel today means a spreadsheet and an admin removing people by hand. That is exactly the part that gets automated.

On payment, in

The buyer receives their channel invitation as soon as the charge is confirmed, with nobody sending it by hand.

On expiry, out

If the subscription lapses or a renewal charge fails, the bot withdraws access. The member list and the payment list become the same list again.

The channel is still yours

It lives in your Telegram account and you are its admin. The bot only manages who comes in and who goes out: remove it one day and the channel and your community stay with you.

Fee

What it costs, in full and in the open

A single line. It is deducted when each sale is paid out to you, and payment processing is included: there is no second fee to add up.

KodiakBase fee

10% per sale

All-in: the sales page, the recurring billing, the payment processing, the channel doorkeeper and the dashboard. If you sell nothing, nothing is charged: there is no fee for existing.

KodiakBase handles the billing and pays out your sales after the 7-day protection period — the cover that shields buyers and serious creators from fraud and chargebacks.

Every sale is broken down in your dashboard: amount, KodiakBase fee and payout date, line by line. The protection period is a published policy: if it ever changed, you would see it here before anywhere else.

It is the house's other line: formation in the state you choose, the EIN and the annual obligations carried year after year, with its price published on its own page. A separate service with its own funnel — if you ever want it, it is right next door.
