Content policy

What this policy covers

This policy says what can be sold and published with the KodiakBase platform and what cannot. You accept it at your creator sign-up, together with the platform terms, and it applies to all your offers and to the channels tied to them.

It is not a decorative list: it is the criterion the platform uses to decide which offers it publishes and which accounts it suspends. That is why it is written to be understood on first read.

What is allowed

The platform exists so you can sell your own work to a community that wants to pay for it. For example:

• Analysis and predictions — sports included — as information and opinion content.
• Training: courses, live sessions, teaching material.
• Paid communities: a Telegram channel with exclusive content or conversation.
• Your own content on any lawful subject: newsletters, research, tools.

What is prohibited

Prohibited means the offer is not published and, if it is already published, it is unpublished. Without ambiguity:

• Content that is illegal in Spain or in the country you sell from, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Reselling or repackaging someone else's content: predictions, courses or material of others without the rights to them.
• Selling a subscription as an investment or as a promise of earnings: the platform sells content, not returns.

The gambling line

You may analyse gambling; you may not operate it or promote it. Specifically, the platform cannot be used to:

• Manage bets or money for betting: collecting funds from members to place them, distributing what was staked or won, or acting as an intermediary between a member and a bookmaker.
• Run cash prizes or draws, or any mechanic where a member pays for the chance of taking money away.
• Do affiliation or advertising for bookmakers: affiliate-coded links, welcome bonuses or the promotion of gambling operators. In Spain that advertising is restricted by Royal Decree 958/2020, and this platform is not a channel for it.

What happens on a breach

The consequence is mechanical, not a judgement of intent. An offer that breaks the policy is unpublished: it is no longer on sale and takes no new buyers. If the breach is at the level of the account, the account is suspended and all its offers with it.

The notice arrives by email, with the specific reason. If you fix it, the offer can be published again; if you believe we got it wrong, reply to that same email and a person reviews it.

What was already collected is in your Stripe account and a platform suspension does not move it. What Stripe decides about your Stripe account is governed by your contract with Stripe.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change when the platform or the rules around it change. Changes are published on this same page and the date in the heading is updated with them.

If a change restricts something that is allowed today, creators are told by email before it applies to offers already published.
